Baylor Foundation Uganda, in partnership with the Ministry of Health through the Uganda National Expanded Program on Immunization (UNEPI), continues to champion immunization efforts across Uganda. From national vaccination drives to targeted campaigns in underserved areas, our support is helping build resilient, equitable immunization systems.
Strategic Micro-Planning & Coordination
We work with districts and cities to develop, implement, and monitor detailed micro-plans for Accelerated Mass Vaccination Campaigns (AMVCs), while also supporting seamless coordination across all levels.
Capacity Building for Frontline Teams
We train, mentor, and supervise healthcare workers and community mobilizers—empowering them to deliver vaccines safely and efficiently.
Advocacy, Risk Communication & Community Engagement.
We support the Ministry of Health in distributing IEC content, engaging political, religious, and cultural leaders, conducting radio talk shows, and broadcast spot messages to foster trust and drive demand for vaccines.
Expanded Service Delivery
Our teams support vaccination at health facilities, community outreach points, and AMVC sites—bringing services closer to where people live.
Timely Data Management
We help reduce data backlog by supporting accurate and timely entry into national health reporting systems—enabling real-time decision-making and accountability.
